Welcome to Adjuria, an AI-powered application provided by Adjuria Inc. (“Adjuria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Website”) and AI application (the “Application”), which enables the analysis of legal documents and the generation of draft legal documents for lawyers and other authorized users (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Adjuria. Please read them carefully. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The Services are intended for use by qualified legal professionals, such as lawyers, or individuals under their supervision.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Description of Services
Adjuria provides AI-driven tools for analyzing uploaded legal documents and generating draft legal documents based on user inputs. These tools are designed to assist lawyers in their work but are not a substitute for professional legal advice or judgment.
3. Disclaimers Regarding Accuracy and Applicability
Adjuria makes no representations, warranties, or claims regarding the applicability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information, analysis, or draft documents generated by the Services for any specific legal situation, jurisdiction, or purpose. The Services are provided for informational and drafting assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
All outputs from the Services, including analyses and draft documents, must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified lawyer before use in any legal context. You assume all risks associated with relying on the Services without such professional review. Adjuria is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of the Services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Services may require a subscription fee for full access. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected during signup.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@adjuria.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the current paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
5. User Content and Privacy
You may upload legal documents or other content (“User Content”) to the Services for analysis or generation purposes. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it, you grant Adjuria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Services and improving our products and AI models.
Adjuria retains the right to use domain knowledge derived from the Services, including anonymized or aggregated outputs, for the improvement of our products, training AI models, and enhancing our services. However, your User Content (including original documents) will remain private and confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your User Content to third parties, nor use it for any purpose other than as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, and content provided by Adjuria (excluding User Content), are owned by Adjuria or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
- Attempt to access or interfere with the underlying systems of the Services.
- Use the Services to provide legal advice to third parties without proper qualifications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adjuria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adjuria, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Adjuria regarding the Services.
